Missing Polar Flow activities

  1. Please visit the Polar website and go to https://flow.polar.com/settings/authorizations, from here you can remove the connection to Relive.

  2. Please visit the Relive website and go to https://www.relive.cc/settings/providers, go to your connected trackers and disconnect Polar Flow.

  3. Check on your Relive app if Polar Flow is disconnected by going to your Profile > Settings > Connected Trackers. If it still says Connected underneath Polar Flow tap on the arrow and tap disconnect.

  4. Reconnect your Polar to your Relive account.

  5. You can import older activities. To do this, go to your Feed and tap the Import button on the top left.
